Privacy
What happens to your data.
Plain language, kept short. This is how information reaches me and who handles it along the way. It is a description of practice, not legal advice.
What I collect
Only what you send me. If you use the contact form, that is your name, email, and the project details you type (company, budget, timeline, message). If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects the details that call needs. I run no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies on this site.
Who processes it
- FormSubmit delivers the contact form to my email inbox. Your submission passes through their service to reach me.
- Cal.compowers the “book a call” embed. It loads only if you open the scheduler, and it collects the details you enter to arrange the meeting.
- Hosting serves this static site; standard server logs (such as IP and user agent) may be recorded by the host for security and operations, as with any website.
What I do with it
I use your message to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it beyond the processors above. Form inquiries live in my email; I keep them only as long as they are useful for our conversation and delete on request.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold, ask me to delete it, or simply email me directly instead of using the form. Reach me at jamescarlsitsit@gmail.com.
